Arboreal maintenance work at An Rinn Garda Station in 2021 (resulting in €9,363.75 expenditure) required the mobilisation of specialised machinery and crews to carry out, in a controlled and safe manner, the following works;

On the western side of the property, a row of 14 number mature Spruce & Leylandii were growing in close proximity to the main road. The Tree's were over-mature and shedding branches.

The Arborist recommended that the trees along the road be felled to eliminate the risk of falling branches and debris. These works were carried out in line with the Arborist's recommendations.

To the North of the property, an over mature Poplar was growing adjacent to, and overhanging, an adjoining shed. The Tree was over-mature and prone to wind-throw in high winds, so it was removed.

The Eastern side of the property is populated with mature Pine that were deemed safe, with no further work required.

A traffic management plan was required, to facilitate the tree felling and pruning that was conducted. The 'stop - go' traffic management plan was concentrated primarily along the Western boundary for the duration of the works.
