Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health whether referral pathways for Irish children and young people to domestic services or to the NHS under the treatment abroad scheme have been revised since publication of the Cass Review; the clinical oversight arrangements that now apply to such referrals; and whether updated risk-assessment protocols have been issued.
