As Minister for Transport, my role concerns overall policy direction and funding for public transport. Day-to-day operational matters, including addressing performance-related complaints, are the statutory responsibility of the National Transport Authority (NTA), working with the relevant transport providers.
For this reason, I have referred the Deputy’s question to the NTA so they may address the specific operational query raised. Please contact my private office, if a response is not received within ten working days.
