649. Deputy John McGuinness asked the Minister for Social Protection if the widows pension will be approved as a matter of urgency for a person (details supplied). [72016/25]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe person concerned has been awarded a Bereaved Partner's Contributory Pension at the weekly rate of €277.00 with effect from the 07th November 2025. In addition they have also been granted an Increase for Living Alone at the weekly rate of €22.00, Fuel Allowance at the weekly rate of €33.00 and Telephone Support Allowance at the weekly rate of €2.50. Payment will commence into her nominated bank account from 12th December 2025. Any arrears due will also be paid into her nominated bank account on the same date.
The person concerned has been notified of this decision in writing.
