Deputy Michael Murphy asked the Minister for Justice, Home Affairs and Migration the number of registered owners of vehicles detected speeding in 2025 who nominated another person as the driver at the time of the offence; the number of nominated drivers who were issued with a fixed charge notice (FCN); the number who failed to pay the FCN; the number summonsed to court; the number convicted; and the number who had their driver number recorded in court.
