Amharc ar fhreagraI understand the Deputy may be referring to the EU Treatment Abroad Scheme (TAS), EU Cross Border Directive (CBD) and the Northern Ireland Planned Healthcare Scheme (NIPHS). As this is a service matter, I have asked the Health Service Executive to respond to the Deputy directly, as soon as possible.
