Deputy Barry Heneghan asked the Minister for Culture, Communications and Sport if he is aware of the growing shortage of sports pitches, particularly during the winter months, and of adequate toilets and changing facilities; the impact this is having on local clubs; the measures currently in place, and any further actions planned, to address these issues; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
