Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Children, Disability and Equality whether her Department reviewed the findings and recommendations of a report (details supplied) on sexual exploitation risks faced by children in residential and emergency care; the actions which were taken following its publication; and which recommendations, if any, remain outstanding. Amharc ar fhreagraThe Department is aware of this report. The recommendations in the report cover the areas of policy, training, resourcing, education and research. They also cut across a number of bodies, namely, the Department of Children, Disability and Equality, the Department of Education and Youth, An Garda Síochána, Tusla and HIQA. All of these organisations are currently progressing work in these areas.
