I propose to take Questions Nos. 272 and 273 together.

The Tenant (Incremental) Purchase Schemes provide for the purchase by eligible applicants of local authority properties which are available for sale under the terms of the particular scheme.

Statistical information regarding the number of homes sold, from the commencement of the schemes until the end of 2024, broken down by local authority area, including for the Cork City Council and Cork County Council areas, is available from my Department’s website: www.gov.ie/en/collection/0906a-other-local-authority-housing-scheme-statistics/#sale-of-local-authority-houses

Data for sales during 2025 is currently being collected and collated and will be published on my Department’s website in due course.

Question No. 273 answered with Question No. 272.
