1230. Deputy Liam Quaide asked the Minister for Health whether any external reviews, audits, or investigations, statutory or otherwise, have been commissioned into a hospital (details supplied) in the past ten years. [10498/26]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe approved centre in question is currently subject to ongoing reviews and audits as a result of issues arising.
The hospital has been subject to annual inspection by the Mental Health Commission as an approved centre.
As this is a service matter, I have asked the Health Service Executive to respond directly to the Deputy as soon as possible.
