As Minister of State with responsibility for International & Road Transport, Logistics, Rail and Ports, I wish to advise that Motor Insurers' Bureau of Ireland (MIBI) are the owners of the Irish Motor Insurance Database (IMID) and Department of Transport do not have access to the detail of the requested information. However, MIBI produce an annual report on the operation of IMID, which I understand will be published shortly for end 2025.
