Deputy Richard Boyd Barrett asked the Minister for Education and Youth if she will engage with Dublin City Council to resolve an ownership issue relating to a plot of land owned by her Department (details supplied) on which three Dublin City Council tenants reside; if she is aware that two of these tenants wish to purchase their homes but are unable to do so due to the land not being in the ownership of Dublin City Council; and the steps she will take to enable these tenants to purchase their homes.
