286. Deputy Gary Gannon asked the Minister for Health when the Chairperson of the Cannabis Access Review Committee will be appointed; when the committee is expected to commence its work; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [13170/26]
Amharc ar fhreagraDepartmental officials are currently identifying suitably qualified candidates for the Chairperson’s role and the evidence review committee. The Chairperson must accept the nomination of the Minister. It is expected that the committee can commence is work in the second quarter of the year.
