248. Deputy Shónagh Ní Raghallaigh asked the Minister for Health the number of WTE consultant vascular surgeons based at Tallaght University Hospital as of 17 February 2026; the average waiting time to see those consultants for a first appointment, in tabular form. [15333/26]
