Deputy Paul McAuliffe asked the Minister for Health following the latest funding announcement in the HSE Capital Plan 2026, when the next stage of the Finglas primary care centre is expected to progress; if the new funding will in any way expedite the delivery of the centre; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
