My Department’s mission is to drive the delivery of better public services, living standards and infrastructure for the people of Ireland.  The Department's overall priorities are set out in its Statement of Strategy 2025-2028.  The strategy outlines how my Department will achieve its goals in the context of the Programme for Government and overarching policy frameworks.  My Department has already made significant progress across its overall strategic priorities and Programme for Government actions in 2025 and to date in 2026, as illustrated by the summary of progress on relevant Programme for Government actions in the attached table.  This will be further outlined when my Department’s Annual Report for 2025 is published in the coming weeks.
