Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health to state clearly whether any statutory, regulatory or clinical obligation exists requiring healthcare professionals to report cases in which signs of life are observed following a termination of pregnancy; and if no such obligation exists, the rationale for its absence.
