Deputy Robert O'Donoghue asked the Minister for Health to instruct Beaumont Hospital to provide the names of the relevant medical staff to the Medical Council and Nursing Board, where appropriate, and to inform a person (details supplied), together with the relevant dates on which decisions were made, in order that complaints can be submitted if necessary; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
