106. Deputy Shane Moynihan asked the Minister for Education and Youth the status of the community contribution refund that is due to a school (details supplied); if there are any outstanding documents; and when the refund will be paid; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [28991/26]
Amharc ar fhreagraI wish to inform the Deputy that the Chief State Solicitor’s Office, acting on behalf of the Minister, has issued the formal lease documentation to the legal representatives of the school.
To date, the Department has not received a response from the school’s legal representatives regarding the execution and return of the lease, the processing of a community contribution refund is contingent upon the full implementation and finalisation of the New School Lease.
