Amharc ar fhreagraMy Department is actively working with the Office of Parliamentary Counsel on the transposition of Directive (EU) 2023/2225, the second consumer credit directive into Irish law. It is intended to complete this transposition in advance of 20 November 2026, the date on which its provisions take effect.
