Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health whether her Department or the Health Service Executive maintains a centralised dataset on the duration of vacancy for residential properties; if so, the average vacancy duration and the number of properties vacant for more than 12 months, more than 24 months, and more than five years.
