1263. Deputy Peadar Tóibín asked the Minister for Rural and Community Development and the Gaeltacht the number of protected disclosures that have gone missing or have been compromised that have been submitted to his Department or State bodies that are responsible to his Department. [32294/26]

I can confirm that there are no such cases within my Department. While the agencies that operate under the remit of my Department are independent entities responsible for their own corporate governance, I am informed that there are no such cases within any of the eight agencies.
