Deputy Peadar Tóibín asked the Minister for Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation the number of protected disclosures that have gone missing or have been compromised that have been submitted to his Department or State bodies that are responsible to his Department. Amharc ar fhreagraAny protected disclosures made to my Department are treated in line with the provisions of the Protected Disclosure (Amendment) Act, 2022 and have regard to relevant Departmental policies and procedures.
I wish to advise the Deputy that there have been no instances of the nature specified in the Question in my Department or the bodies under its aegis.
