Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Children, Disability and Equality whether any formal clinical risk assessment has been conducted specifically examining the impact of the absence of clinician-level caseload data within Children's Disability Network Teams; if so, to provide the date, author, and findings of that assessment; and if not, the basis upon which the Department is satisfied that patient safety risks are adequately identified and managed.
