Deputy Paula Butterly asked the Minister for Health if her Department will examine the feasibility of rolling out a biennial survey on youth health outcomes and substance use in County Louth, similar to the Icelandic-model survey currently being implemented in Galway, Mayo and Roscommon; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
