Amharc ar fhreagraUnder Section 55 of the Coroners Act, 1962 – 2024, coroners make annual returns to my Department on completed cases in their districts. This data is collated and published by my Department here: Coroner’s Annual Returns 2018-2025 www.gov.ie/en/department-of-justice-home-affairs-and-migration/collections/coroners-annual-returns-2018-2025/. The data relating to inquests on these returns relate to completed inquests, where a death certificate can issue.
