Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Children, Disability and Equality the funding streams or grant schemes that are currently available through her Department or Tusla to support registered charities providing counselling and therapeutic supports to children and young people; and if she will confirm whether such organisations may apply for Tusla funding or Departmental programme funding.
