Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health whether her Department or the Health Service Executive has issued any written policy, circular, guidance, or directive since 2018 concerning the reporting, recording, or measurement of activity on a sessional basis in respect of publicly funded health services; if so, to outline the nature, scope, and status of such guidance, including the dates of issuance and the bodies to which it applies; and to provide copies of any such documents.
