180. Deputy Malcolm Byrne asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if any assessment has been carried out as to the percentage of land in Ireland owned by non-Irish and non-EU member states; if he will publish that assessment; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [35684/26]
Amharc ar fhreagraI wish to advise the Deputy that no assessment has been carried out by my Department as to the percentage of land in Ireland owned by non-Irish and non-EU member states. The registration of ownership of registered private property is a matter for the PRAI, and unregistered property is recorded in the Registry of Deeds.
