The information requested is being considered and will be forwarded to the Deputy in accordance with Standing Orders.
The following deferred reply was received under Standing Orders.
Please find attached a list of all projects where approval has been given by my Department and where a payment has been made to the Local Authority in respect of the project. It shows that a total of 1,907 new units will be provided through these regeneration projects with a further 132 units being upgraded and available for occupancy in the near future.
A list of projects which have received Stage 1 (or more) approval and have the potential for significant spend, but no housing related expenditure has currently issued is also provided.
