I can advise the Deputy that where an individuals circumstances have changed since they first registered an immigration permission in the State, they can apply to the Domestic Residence and Permissions Division of my Department.

Any application submitted should explain their current circumstances and future intentions in the State and provide any documentation they feel will support their application. Each application is considered on its own merits.
