808. Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the reason animals will not be released back to a herd owner (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [37238/26]
Amharc ar fhreagraMy Department has examined the issue regarding the herd in question. My Department clarified the position with the herdowner on 12 May 2026 and had a follow-up meeting on 13 May 2026 to progress any outstanding issues.
The suspension on the herdowner's herd was removed on 15 May 2026. My Department is available to engage in any outstanding issues with the herdowner.
