815. Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the position regarding a payment to a person (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [37607/26]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe person named submitted a payment claim for their 2024 Non-Productive Investments (NPI) Annual Works Plan (AWP) on 20th February 2026. This claim is currently being processed for payment. As is the case with all Department payments, applications must clear the required validations before payment can issue.
My Department has resolved an issue which prevented this application from progressing through the validation checks for payment in respect of their 2024 NPI claim. Once the claim passes the remaining validation checks, payment will issue on the next 2024 AWP payment run before the end of this month.
