Deputy Barry Heneghan asked the Minister for Health if she is aware of concerns regarding the sale of products commonly referred to as "CALI pens", marketed as CBD vapes, including reports that some may contain synthetic cannabinoids; the legal status of such products under current drugs legislation; the enforcement powers available to An Garda Síochána in relation to their sale, particularly to minors; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
