Deputy Michael Fitzmaurice asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Finance if a company (details supplied) which is commonly called a vulture fund is a licensed credit servicer, licenced by the Central Bank and is acting as a credit purchaser whereby it purchases distressed loans from the banks, if it is not a licensed credit purchaser, if it is breaking the law; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
