Deputy Michael Murphy asked the Minister for Health her attention has been drawn to the fact that the memory clinic in south Tipperary remains closed due to resourcing and administrative process issues; the length of time the clinic has been closed; the number of patients currently awaiting assessment and reassessment; the measures being taken to restore the service; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
