I propose to take Questions Nos. 556 and 557 together.

The applicant concerned was informed directly by the Department on 14 May that their application had been processed by the Department and that their information had been shared with the HSE.

While it is an operational matter for the HSE, I understand that the HSE has begun issuing the new medical cards to survivors and I would expect that the HSE will be in contact with the applicant directly very soon.

Question No. 557 answered with Question No. 556.
