Annual Reports of the Irish Prison Service are submitted to me as Minister for Justice, Home Affairs and Migration by the Director General within four months of each year-end. My Department is currently engaging with the Irish Prison Service with regards to the submission of the 2025 Annual Report and expects to receive it shortly. Once the report has been received, I intend to publish it as soon as is practicable.
