974. Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Children, Disability and Equality whether the National Review Panel publishes anonymised thematic findings arising from reviews into deaths of children known to Tusla. [39131/26]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe National Review Panel (NRP) publishes an Annual Report, which includes an overview of the individual reports on deaths of children in care or know to Tusla over that year. The Annual Report also includes statistical overviews, key findings, and recommendations arising from the reports, as well as an overview of the activities of the NRP for that year.
