Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health whether the HSE maintains a centralised register or database identifying all non-statutory bodies receiving public funding either directly from the HSE or through intermediary grant, service arrangement, programme administration, regional allocation, or pass-through funding mechanisms; and if they will provide details of such a register.
