Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health the total number of formal disciplinary proceedings initiated against HSE staff in 2024, 2025, and to date in 2026; the number of suspensions (with and without pay) that resulted from such proceedings; the average duration of suspension; the number of cases that resulted in dismissal; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
