Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health the number of minors have been referred outside the State for gender-related assessment, consultation, intervention, or treatment in each of the past five years through the treatment abroad scheme or any other State-funded mechanism; the jurisdictions involved; and the multidisciplinary assessment requirements applying prior to referral abroad.
