Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health whether the Consultant Applications Advisory Committee application submitted in December 2019 in relation to the proposed consultant child and adolescent psychiatry post under the National Gender Service Model of Care 2018 was approved in full by the CAAC; and whether the references to WPATH Standards of Care and Endocrine Society guidelines formed part of the material formally considered during that approval process.
