* Member State Discretions contained in EU Legislation published in relation to EU bank crisis management and deposit insurance (CMDI)
* Certain elements (national discretions) of the Payments Services Regulation
* Publication of a Feedback Statement on draft legislative amendments as part of phase one of reform of Ireland’s taxation regime for interest.
