Construction is expected to commence once all necessary consents are in order. The project construction will be phased over approximately 4 to 6 years with each phase taking 2 to 3 years to complete. The project will be delivered in line with government guidance and policy on data centre development and is expected to bring significant high-quality employment and economic development to the region.
