256. Deputy Brian Brennan asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the status of the outstanding payment for a person (details supplied) under the water EIP scheme; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [44763/26]

I can confirm that the person named is a participant in the Farming for Water EIP and will be paid for measures undertaken once all of the required checks have been completed.
