Amharc ar fhreagraMy department does not have a means to identify if a Parliamentary Question has been generated by AI. It is not possible to identify the amount it costs, on average, to answer a Parliamentary Question in my department. Due to the variety of issues raised, and the differing complexity, scope and timelines to which questions relate, the number and grade of staff hours required varies significantly. Furthermore, whether questions relate to bodies under the remit of the Department also impact on the time spent answering questions by both departmental staff and staff within these bodies.
