523. Deputy Naoise Ó Muirí asked the Minister for Education and Youth the total number of staffing appeals submitted by primary schools in each of the past five years, by the outcome of those appeals, in tabular form; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [45918/26]
Amharc ar fhreagraStaffing arrangements for primary schools are published annually. Those arrangements include information on the staffing appeals criteria and application forms for appeals which schools may use to appeal their staffing allocation to the Primary Staffing Appeals Board. The Appeals Board operates independently of the department and its decision is final. The most recent circular is Circular 0025/2026.
