The State Examinations Commission (SEC) has responsibility for the delivery of the State examinations. In accordance with its role, all matters relating to retention, disclosure and sharing or processing of examination results by schools following their receipt; and the limitations, conditions or safeguards that apply to such processing is a matter for the SEC.

In view of this, I have asked the SEC to respond directly to the Deputy in this regard.
