Deputy Gary Gannon asked the Minister for Justice, Home Affairs and Migration the number of prosecutions directed and convictions secured under the Criminal Justice (Engagement of Children in Criminal Activity) Act 2024 since its commencement on 23 May 2024, broken down by year and by the relevant section of the Act; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
